Here’s a review for any English speakers thinking of buying Hyakunin Isshu karuta cards. Yes, these are the very ones they use in Chihayafuru. They’ve got the same green paper with the leaves stamped on the back just like the ones you’ve seen flying around in the manga and anime. Very authentic. The option here is to buy two boxes together. One box contains the Reading Cards, with each card having the full tanka, its number, the name of the poet and a drawing of the poet in bright colours. The other box contains the Playing Cards, with each card having the bottom verse of the tanka printed in hiragana in a grid format, and the number of the tanka. The boxes have identical pictures printed on the outside, so if you want to get an extra box of one or only want one type, be careful. The only difference between the two boxes is the label situated in the bottom left on the top of the box. The Reading Cards have an orange label, while the Playing Cards have a white label.

ずっと欲しかった曲げわっぱ、できれば国産の物が欲しいけどお値段が高いのでしばらく迷っていましたが、運よくクーポンも使えてお安く購入でき嬉しかったです。 大きさで悩みましたが、おかずもしっかり入るので650ccにして正解でした。なにより驚いたのは軽いこと。プラスチックのお弁当箱が持てなくなります。職人さんの繊細な作りにも感動してます。 あまりお弁当作りが得意ではないのですが、いつもと変わらないおがずなのに何倍もおいしく感じました。 今度は家族にも揃えたいと検討中です。

息子の作業着洗いに何年も使っています。洗剤の匂いは石油臭くてきついのですが、乾くと無くなっています。いろいろ使った結果これが一番きれいになります。 原液を汚れの酷い部分に塗って10分くらい置いてから洗濯機にお湯を入れてまた10分位置いてその後普通に洗います。
